The NarcoCheck® ID-Test® PMA / PMMA is used for the identification of PMA and PMMA.
Very simple to use, this test is based on a wet chemical reaction.
Simply add a small amount of the substance to be identified, and the granules in the ampoule will change color. Then compare the color of the ampoule with the colorimetric chart included in the operating instructions.
Before running the test, the ampoule is completely transparent..
After running the test:
If the ampoule turns to PURPLE/BROWN, the substance is PMA / PMMA.
If the ampoule does not change color or change to another color than purple/brown, the sample being tested does not contain any PMA /PMMA.
Cross reaction with MDMA :if the ampoule turns to PURPLE/BLACK, it is MDMA (ecstasy).
