The NarcoCheck® ID-Test® Valoum & Rohypnol is used for the identification of substances containing diazepam (Valium) and flunitrazepam (Rohypnol), which are potent anxiolytics and anticonvulsants of the benzodiazepine family. Very simple to use, this test is based on a wet chemical reaction.
Introduce into the test a small quantity of the substance to be identified, and the granules contained in the ampoule change color. Then compare the color of the granules with the color chart on the instructions leaflet.
Before running the test, the ampoule is completely transparent..
After running the test:
If the ampoule turns to ORANGE/YELLOW, the substance is Valium.
If the ampoule turns to BROWN, the substance is Rohypnol.
If the ampoule does not change color, or if it takes another color, the sample being tested does not contain any of these substances.
The test is provided with a color chart to identify exactly the color showing the presence of diazepam (Valium) and flunitrazepam (Rohypnol) in the sample being tested
